1. Job Title

Call Center Intern – 2 months

2. Job description

Market Research:

  • Calling existing customers using call scripts proffered by the company
  • Accurately record details of customers’ feedback
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Therapy and products to make suitable conversations with customers.

Data analysis:

  • Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
  • Preparing reports for the management

3. Job requirements

  • Student at a Business school, Medical or Pharmaceutical University.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • The ability to follow a script
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Looking for challenges and responsibilities

4. Benefits

Allowance:

  • Full-time: 6,000,000 VND (Mon-Fri)
  • Part-time: 3,000,000 VND (at least 12 days per month)
