Participants of Crossian Talent Internship Program (CTIP) are offered a guaranteed internship opportunity at a fast-growing and results-focus technology company. During this internship, you get to enhance your skills and put your studies into practice.

COULD YOU BE THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • A student in the last year of Bachelors studies or fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in English, IELTS 6.5++
  • Good logical and critical thinking
  • Data driven mindset
  • Paying attention to detail.
  • Hard-working and eager to learn and be passionate about content marketing, cross-border E-commerce.
  • Ability to commit to a Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • First-round interview: Our selection process has 2 stages. First-round interviews will be arranged as non-live video assessment. If you are selected to this stage, you will receive an invitation via email within 7 days after you submit your CV.
  • Final interview: Selected candidates will be invited to a virtual or on-site interview with hiring manager. There will be a 15 mins writing test after the interview.
  • Final decision: We will make the final decision within 7 days after the final interview. You will be notified by our recruitment team via email or phone.
