Planning activities for the Customer Success Department.
Coordinate and Supervise the daily activities of CS Department (LitExtension project):
- Coordinate and allocate tickets to employees.
- Monitor employees work based on processes, tools, reports and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer inquiries if any.
- Resolve and handle proposals from subordinates within the given authority. Cases that exceed authoritative power must be reported to superiors for timely resolution.
- Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to ensure that these goals are met on a regular basis.
- Manage employees in the department to ensure that they operate according to the department’s KPI goals.
Be responsible and report to the direct Manager about all activities of the department under your supervision.
Coordinate and support the HR department in recruiting, training and guiding new employees.

Have good knowledge of CS and experience in working with foreign customers.
At least 1 year of experience in equivalent positions such as Customer Service Team Leader, Customer Success Team Leader, IT Support Team Leader and Project Manager.
Have at least 4 years of experience in the IT field.
Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking skills
Proactive and creative at work.
Enthusiastic and highly responsible.

Income: Negotiable. 14th, 15th-month salary bonus. Bonus according to work results. ESOP opportunities.
