  • Support VIP customer data
  • Making and monitoring the annual/quarterly/monthly business plan of the project/department.
  • Planning, organizing the implementation of sales consulting, overall marketing plan of each project
  • Recruiting, training professional sales skills for employees, supervising and urging sales activities of the sales team.
  • Build a customer management system and plan to implement customer care according to the Companys policy.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate and in a similar position.
  • Candidate must have good appearance. Good healthy
  • Speak English fluently
  • Understanding the market, competitors, MKT operations and sales planning.
  • Withstand high work pressure.
  • Desire to work and stick with the Organization for a long time.
