Mô tả công việc
1. Position Summary
- Reporting directly to CEO
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Overseeing and executing projects/activities for the CEO related to Business, Technical/Technology, Operations, and other various important projects.
2. Essential/Primary Responsibilities
a. Secretarial Tasks: There are performed and aligned with CEOs Secretary
- Organize, take notes, and summarize meeting contents
- Manage, set priorities, and remind the to-do list, tasks, and deadlines of the CEO
- Track progress assigned to other staff, departments, and report to the CEO
b. Assistant to Business/Technology/Operation Tasks:
- Coordinates/ Leading to:
- Conduct research and prepare data and documents such as reports, proposals, and presentation materials for meetings, special projects. operational tasks
- Collect and sum up the necessary information, and reports from assigned staff for completion of CEOs requests
- Plan, coordinate, and participate as directed to achieve the companys management goals in:
- Business (Pipeline Tracking, Market/Competitor analysis, etc );
- Technology (Product, Tech Materials, Planning, etc);
- Operations (HR, Business processes, Internal IT systems, Investment, etc)
- And special projects/taskforces such as Bridging the gap between Tech and Sales, Reviewing team performance, etc
c. Others
- Communicates and actively resolves common issues on the CEO’s behalf
- Perform other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelors Degree or above
- Age: from 27 to 30
- Related work experience to Business Analyst, Audit is preferred
- Tech savvy, Willing to learn about complex IT products and services; Business or Corporate Administration Knowledge
- Logical Thinking
- Excellent research and analysis skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Fast problem-solving abilities

*Remuneration (salary, bonus, salary review):
- Salary 3x million + monthly/quarterly/yearly KPI + Tet benefits
