Description de l’emploi

● Taking leadership role in reviewing and improving working process, including project evaluation metrics/KPI

● Planning, estimating and structuring the work and the project

● Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time

● Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management

● Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality

● Estimating and managing the project budget

● Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues

● Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk

● Taking people leadership in Involving in resource assignment and developing people

● Communicating and reporting with managers and clients for projects progress

Exigences de l’emploi

● Having strong understanding and experience on the project management process and various Software Development models (Agile, Scrum,...), and tools (Jira, Slack)

● Having strong project management skills gained from various projects. Possessing PMP is a big plus.

● Fluent in English with Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills

● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

● Strong people interaction and relationship building skills
