Mô tả công việc

- Managing and operating import and export activities

- Planning, implementing and managing import and export processes

- Record shipments to ensure compliance with customs rules and regulations.

- Allocating shipments according to the tariff coding system, tracking the location of the shipment.

- Work with customs to get shipments through.

- Complete all import and export procedures and documents such as purchase and sale contracts, transportation documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, delivery and receipt of goods.

- Discuss prices, delivery conditions, payment, import and export packing conditions.

- Instruct staff in the work of importing materials and exporting goods on time. At the same time, check the daily work, plan the shipment, contact the forwarder to ship the goods.

- Perform tasks assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from university majoring in foreign trade, import-export, trade

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Fluent in English Communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in office computer

- Good leadership ability, enthusiasm in work

- Time management, good under pressure
