Mô tả công việc

  • Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately in an accounting system.
  • Preparing monthly inventory report or when required.
  • Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
  • Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
  • Controlling cost and calculating cost of goods manufacturing.
  • Coordinating with warehouse department to count physical inventory.
  • Verifying inventory counts and recording adjustments to inventory levels for items that have been used, damaged, or lost.
  • Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting/Audit required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant preferably at manufacturing or start-up companies.
  • Good at in MS Excel.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for building out processes and policies related to inventory management for a growing organization is a big plus.
