Mô tả công việc

- Set sales quotas, create business plans, analyze data - target customer by business sector of Company and submit to Management for approval;

- Find business chances/opportunities, approach and create the cooperate with Clients, arrange the appointment/meeting to approach Clients;

- Make plan and arrange cooperation plan with Partner under instruction of direct manager;

- Acquire new Insights business through the application of effective sales techniques.

- Executes tactical plans to meet and exceed growth sales targets.

- Maintains a healthy sales pipeline at all times by engaging new clients.

- Identifies prospective sales opportunities within the assigned sectors and industries.

- Conducts sales presentations and carry out meetings with clients.

- Appropriately question, listen to and interpret potential and new client requirements.

- Closes deals at appropriate price levels and completes all accreditation requirements imposed by the clients before handing them over to the account management team.

- Achieves monthly and year-to-date sales targets per assigned category/project.

- Coordinate and support colleagues to fulfill their departments overall target and plans;

- Perform other jobs as required by the department manager;


Yêu cầu công việc

1. Qualification & Experience

- Qualifications: Bachelors degree

- Must have at least 5 years experience in sales, preferred in a B2B and retail environment;

- A positive and determined approach to inquire and analyze new business opportunities.

- Excellent written and verbal English and Vietnamese.

- Knowledge on sales, marketing, import-export

- Proven communication and negotiation skills;

- Strong skills in building and developing customer relationships;

- Strong time management and planning skills;

- The ability to think strategically;

- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerPoint/ Excel/ Projects;

2. Personal Characteristics

- Good at logical thinking, creative thinking, critical thinking;

- Responsibility in work;

- Friendly, proactive, motivated and enthusiastic;

- High degree of honesty/integrity, persuasiveness and passion;

- Under 40 years old is preferred.
