  • Our client is a B2B European-based telecommunication corporation that has been serving nearly 90% of the world’s countries and territories.
  • For over 14 years of cooperation, Officience has been providing strategic data analytics service for this Client and still carries the promise as one of the most trust-worthy business partners so far.

About the role

Your daily tasks include:

  • Remotely communicate with clients (via email, phone, or online tool) to provide accurate and timely the availability and cost information, advice and assistance regarding the organisation’s product and service
  • Cooperate with other related teams in providing assistance regarding the availability and cost to client in time
  • Gradually keep client’s database updated in order to easily track the volume, content and outcomes of enquiries received
  • Periodically produce reports to client on request
  • On-the-job training will be provided along

Qualifications

  • College / Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  • Fresh graduate or at most 1 year working experience
  • Or at most 01 year experience in ANY field;
  • Good at English(esp. spoken & written);
  • Love working withnumbers & data-driven fields
  • Good at analysis and customer service;
  • Careful, open-minded, willing to learn, flexible, result-oriented, working under high pressure;
  • Good at MS Office

Working time:MON-FRI; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (can take maximum 01 day OFF/ week for school)
