Job description

Odyssey Resources (www.odyssey-resources.com) is an Australian-owned company providing a wide-range of Accounting, Tax and Bookkeeping Services to companies located throughout Australia and Vietnam. We continue to experience huge business growth, and we are looking for a Storekeeper who will be able to perform main tasks as below:

  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the company.
  • Manage and monitor all office equipment, properties and other relevant stuffs.
  • Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Chief Accountant and the physical count to be tallied with the inventory count from Excel file.
  • Track, statistic asset depreciation, damaged equipment and suggest liquidation.
  • Notify to manager of any low stock levels or repairs
  • Follow and update expired date to register and extend in time.
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy.
  • Complete inventory report and other reports to manager every month or any time required.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
  • Be trained in more specialized knowledge if having the orientation in Accounting.

Job requirements

  • University graduate, majoring in Accounting or other related.
  • Fresh graduate or 06 months experiences
  • Honest, careful, meticulous, and highly responsible
  • Proficiency in using MS Office application.
