Mô tả công việc
- Receive order template from customers via email
- Check stock availability based on shelf-life requirement of each customer type
- Communicate with customer if any issue with stock availability
- Confirm order template to customer within 2 hours to proceed sales order creation
- Follow up sales order status, ensure that they are released before making transport planning
- Do transport planning with optimized loads and optimized cost
- Co-ordinate with warehouse team to arrange truck gate-in timeline
- Follow up with transporter to ensure transport plans are confirmed and implemented
- Record data to input KPI for monitoring transporter performance
- Other assignment from management
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree
- Experiences: Manufacturing industry
- 3 years logistic transportation management experience
- Have a knowledge of transportation (local/ export/ import), basic knowledge of DC operating management
- Have a knowledge of Custom law
- Conversant in English
- Proficient skills in MS Office.
- Good communication & analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good planning and organization capability and execution, coordination skills
- Good sense of responsibility and innovation, and can deal with work pressure
