1. Check payment and related document for Signage & P2 (service) included: Admin, IT, Warehouse, HSE, QA/QC, BnP, Repair & Maintenance, etc. - Ensure 3-ways matching & comply with the internal policy, tax regulation. - Check the payment term, unit price in contracts. - Check legally of the invoice received from supplier. - Post transactions in NAV with correct invoice info, GL, cost center, budget code, brand code, area code with sufficient docs. 2. Provide support in internal and external audit, tax audit (where and when required).
