Mô tả công việc

** JOB PURPOSE

Manage fixed assets and follow internal procedure. Booking transactions relate to Fixed assets. Work with departments about matter of fixed assets: physical count, asset movement…. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports about Fixed Assets

** ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Recording and managing Fixed asset

  • Record fixed asset acquisitions in FA module of Sun system.
  • Preparing fixed asset transfer request as departments requirement.
  • Updating fixed asset information into system follow fixed asset transfer request.

2. Booking fixed asset related entries

  • Preparing entries of FA acquisition into GL module of Sun system.
  • Running and booking depreciation of fixed asset to Sun system.
  • Preparing entries of fund transfer relate to fixed asset..

3. Account reconciliation

  • Reconcile the balance of the fixed asset between subsidiary ledger and BS.

4. Reporting

  • Prepare monthly fixed asset summary report.
  • Prepare other reports for internal and external purpose.
  • Provide information about fixed asset follow department request.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Minimum of 1 years working in Finance, Accounting or Banking industry. Have experiences in Fixed Asset sections
  • English writing skill, Financial analysis
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese and international accounting standards, taxes, legal
  • Knowledge of Sun system, Life Insurance are preferred (LOMA is preferable.)
  • Presentation skill, be pro-active
  • Good in communication skills, time management skills.
