JOB SUMMARY

  • Kind of job: Internship (Full-time, On-site)
  • Salary Range: 2 – 3 mil/month
  • Communicate with Departments: Client Services, Legal, Digital
  • Chance to promotion: Accounting Trainee/Accounting Cooperate Staff
  • Working Location: Saigon Centre, 65 Le Loi Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Inputting bank charge and bank receipt
  • Preparing cash payment & cash receipt
  • Inputting Quotation
  • Monitor, follow up and storage relating documents
  • Checking & sorting all of documents related to business trip clearance & reimbursement
  • Other works related to accounting tasks as assigned
  • Occasional Duties (tasks that the position does in some occasions in a year, not regularly)

JOB REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

  • Careful, detail oriented, well-organized
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, hard-working, quick action
  • Proficient in computer skill, Microsoft office
  • Good English communication (reading and writing)
  • Be able to work full-time from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
