  • Handling production related paperwork
  • Develop analyze and compile report information for the weekly meetings
  • Convert the English and Vietnamese language into another both written and spoken as needed
  • Collect the shifts information to build the production team roaster and manage the attendance using the HR software
  • Prepare and collect HR-related paperwork
  • Prepare and check purchase requests from production team
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictate

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Education: College/University Degree in English, Business Administration, etc.
  • Having over 2 years admin experience in a production company of comparable size and complexity.
  • Fluent in English communication. Report to Hiring Manager (expat).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a high level of adaptability in front of big and small groups.
  • Experience in building effective working relationships, managing and engaging well at all the levels within a large organization scale.
  • Strong analytical skills, strong planning and organizing skills.
  • High commitment and reliability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with intermediate use of Excel.
