Mô tả công việc

Sale admins (80%)

  • Support the sales team to prepare and manage memo communications for sales contests and promotion campaigns.
  • Manage and implement the customer campaign registration process and gift distributions to customers and sales force/ partners.
  • In charge of procurement for channels, including placing orders, settling payments to vendors, and ensuring that purchased items are available on time for campaigns and other sales-related activities.
  • Prepare reconciliations and settle payments for partners, sales contests and promotions ETC.
  • Track expenses and reconcile monthly expenses with finance.


Sales support for Digital Agents (20%)

  • Collect documents from candidate and follow the process to check.
  • Handle the on-boarding process for qualified candidates.
  • Prepare contracts for qualified candidates.
  • Handle coding process through system.
  • Track performance of Digital Agents
  • Document the promotion, demotion, and termination of DO Agents.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduate.
  • 1-2 years of experience on administration. Fresh graduate with at least 6-month experience is also considered if having right skills.
  • Effective communication in both speaking and writing. Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
  • Good at MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proactive and hard-working.
  • Careful, detail-focused, well-organized, result-oriented.
