1. Technical Support: - Provide technical information for the sales and marketing teams to support customer inquiries. - Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide technical solutions. - Analyze quality & technical data for any product improvement opportunities. 2. Quality Control: - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the production of high-quality paint products. - Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods to meet quality standards. 3. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a team of technical staff and QC staff, provide guidance and training as needed. - Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. 4. Production Oversight: - Manage product formula for manufacturing process. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
