Mô tả công việc

- Act as a bridge and liaison between the Project Manager and the Research Analyst team, translate needs and requirements from Korean Manager into work items for consulting team in Vietnam; Market research: review and realize opportunities to improve client’s business, including studying the market size, growth rate, market trends and identifying key drivers; Develop plans based on the current market scenario as Competitor Analysis, Market Analysis, Market Entry Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business planning.

- Draft basic proposals, reports, and presentations, displaying appropriate knowledge for experience level; Investment analysis: research and recommend potential investment opportunities for the client; Identify macro factors affecting investment strategy such as regulations, tax policy, tariffs; Find potential companies for M&A, a joint venture by analyzing their financial performance; Search for potential industrial zones to establish manufacturing facilities. Advice on business transactions like franchising, join-venture...

- Review the reports from Research Analysts to determine which measures and data sources are presently available, taking into account different lenses to find innovative ways for unanswered questions of the reports; Networking: create lists of potential buyers for clients; Select the most potential targets to approach; Make a profile of target buyers to provide in-depth understanding about their performance; Contact potential buyers to collect information or arrange a meeting for clients (if needed)

- Maintain client relationships by liaising effectively with clients on project-related information and progress updates/preparing weekly reports; Field study: for niche markets where information is not available, meet and interview key players or buyers to collect market information; Arrange meetings for seniors from Korea to meet and interview with key players; Estimate and interpret data to draw conclusions and recommendations for reports

- General tasks: manage projects on time, report working progress and issues to seniors on a timely basis, do charting and build report flow, provide recommendations for client’s issues

- Interpret group findings in basic projects, draw conclusions and write reports from charted analysis (qualitative research only);

- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.



Yêu cầu công việc

Must to have:

- Have a Bachelors degree in one of these majors: Economics, Commerce, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance;

- Have at least 6 months in conducting market research, business development, or relevant;

- Excellent analytic and logical thinking;

- Advanced in Microsoft Office;

Nice to have (Preferable):

- Able to work with different cultural conditions; in a multi-cultural environment

- Being a strong team player with supportive experience in conducting market research projects; OR 1-year experience in relevant positions

- Fluent in English (4 skills): listening, speaking, writing, and reading; equivalent to TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.0 and can-do attitude

- Quick learner and willing to learn;

- Careful and detail-oriented;

- Efficient in time and workload management;

- Ownership and highly responsible for assigned tasks.

*PROBATION: 2 months
