About the role

  • Collaborate with the IT teams to understand and collect business issues, objectives, and requirements
  • Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements
  • Take part in peer review of work product
  • Able to clean and structure data from multiple sources
  • Collect and analyze data to improve and develop products
  • Support building and maintaining dashboards for clients’ projects
  • Support other data-related projects

Qualifications

  • Last year students or fresher with background in IT
  • Good English communication skills
  • Be able to work independently with complicated requirements
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and knowledge
  • Be proactive and high adaptability
  • Basic knowledge of software development and software requirement analysis
  • Ability to document business requests
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Good at Excel and be able to build dashboards and reports
  • French is a plus
  • BIG PLUS: Experience in Agile environment or Scrum Master
