Oversee the overall construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Monitor project progress, schedule, and budget. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Other task assigned by Project Manager/ Project Director

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil & Industrial Engineering. Grade 1 Construction Supervision Certificate. Good command of English. Proven experience as a Site Manager for Grade 1 high-rise building projects Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management and office software, including AutoCad, Ms. Project, and MS Office. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work well in a team and independently, being an ideal team player.
