Mô tả công việc

Control and maintain full set of accounting system including Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book and General Ledger; making sure that the company’s procedures are consistent with Group’s current policies.
Be responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements, Management Reports, etc.
Consolidate the GE’s reports
Organizing, planning, coordinating, completing of year end closing by external audit and internal audit;
Provide recommendation to improve systems/procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Liaise with Tax office and Government authorities
Responsible for enhancing current accounting software
Participate in the ERP system design and implementation processes to automate and digitize all operation processes.
Manage and continue to grow a team
Report to GE’s A&FM and GE’s AM with timely and accurate information.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance required.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Essential skills:
- 3+ years of experience in audit with experience in retail or digital industry is a strong plus
- Good with data and number, have nature sense of data flow and experience in dealing with large data is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English is a strong plus.
