Mô tả công việc

- Carefully understand the work contents and terms and conditions of the contracts with customers and subcontractors.

- To ensure all aspects of the project are carried out safely and in compliance with all EHS regulations and policies.

- Issue & Update project plan promptly and send daily to head of SRM team and production team.

- Conduct Daily VSCC meeting and coordinate all activities to ensure safety on board.

- Conduct daily progress meetings and review work schedules with the Owner.

- Control entrance and exit gate pass for this project

- Execute and control the project.

- Approve the sub-contract work based on recommendations by other parties

- Supervise the performance of contractors, and prepare payment and settlement documents with contractors after the completion of the work.

- Regularly meet to discuss and confirm the acceptance of work completed with contractors and the Production Department to serve the preparation of payment and settlement documents.

- Prepare and update worklist for endorsement by Owner’s Rep- Must be done with 03 days for main activity and within 07 days for the small issue

- Ensure endorsement of Vessel Acceptance Certificate by Owner’s Rep upon ship delivery.

- Prepared the final bill and get owner signed before ship sail

- Follow the payment progress

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from university majoring in Ship Engine or Hull.

- Having been trained on quality control, measuring control.

- Having at least 3 years of working experience.

- Having English Proficiency Certificate – TOEIC 600 equivalent or higher.

- Having good at Planning & Organizing Skills

- Having good communication, negotiation skills.

- Proficient in using computer and application software (Word, Excel, etc.) to fulfill the tasks assigned.

- Proficient in using MS Project.
