Mô tả công việc

- Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, working relations with company personnel & management - Process, control procedure for new comers and resigned staff - Manage HR data - Manage timesheet, annual leave, OT of staff - Arrange salary calculation & payment properly - Arrange declaration & payment for monthly social insurance/ Trade union - Arrange calculation, declaration & payment for monthly PIT, PIT finalization - Recruitment activities - Work with local authorities about firefighting, environment, labor, foreigner & security - Prepare HR reports to Government as requested. - Organize company event like company dinner, year end party, company trip. - Make company legal documents - Other tasks as being required

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduation /Major: Business Administration/Accounting/Foreign Language - Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Insurance Laws… - At least 3-5 years working experience in HR & admin field - Good at listening/speaking/writing/reading English - Candidates who live near Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc area will be given priorities
