Over the past few years American craft beer has not only taken over the United States but is now tapping into the global market. Craft brewers push the boundaries of traditional styles with passion going into each batch brewed. We are Pasteur Street Brewing Company; the first brewery of this stature to come to Saigon, Vietnam. We bring the education and experience behind American craft beer together with the distinct flavors of Southeast Asia to inspire a whole new product. Our beers are brewed in experimental small batches with attention to detail to give them unique character. We have explored the country sourcing high quality ingredients to best complement our beers and want to share them with the world.
