CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION

VietnamWorks is looking for Customer Care Intern – the opportunity opened for third-year or last year students, who would like to earn the very first experience in professional environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively study job description of a lot of positions in various industries to support customers having a Job ads attractive candidate
  • Screen and approve online CVs to help candidates attract employers
  • Assist Customer Experience Team in team’s projects

REQUIREMENTS

What you need:

  • Third year/Last year students
  • Good at reading & writing English
  • Having service mindset, positive energy
  • Careful and Detail-oriented
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Available to work full-time in 3 months
