Mô tả công việc

1.Operation planning

• Coordinate with production management teams and Business Development team for production volumne plan based on rolling volume forecast, historical data.

• Monitor the production capacity plan and schedule, advise necessary changes to production management team for utilizing production resources and meeting delivery deadlines in a most cost effective way.

• Coordinate with production suppervisors and Sourcing team for manpower planning.

2. Data analysis & reporting

• Prepare and consolidate reports regarding costs, quality, production ultilisation, on-time delivery, production capacity, processing time, etc.

• Analyze and monitor data, reports and proactively coordinate with production management for improvements.

3. Production System

• Setup new or adjust product and workflow information in Production system

• Export data from ERP system on request

4. Payroll & budgeting

• Coordinate with production supervisors for data consolidation for annually budgeting process such as operational cost, direct production headcount plan.

• Coordinate, consolidate and review with production supervisors for data consolidation about performance evaluation such as KPI achievements, employee performance in production on quarterly and yearly basis.

• Calculate and submit production payroll data to HR team for monthly process: production C&B development as project, production incentive, hard and KPI bonuses, other production bonuses, special and ad-hoc allowances as per company policy applied...

5. Supervision

• Assign tasks to team members and supervise their works

• Recruit and coach team members to ensure meeting deadlines and requirements of the work

Yêu cầu công việc

*Education: Degree in economic planning, accounting, auditing, business analytics

*Professional knowledge: Have the knowledge of forecasting techniques, production scheduling, resource planning, allocation, operations research.

* Experiences: candidates with experience in Financial analyst, Planning

*Skills:

• Reporting

• Planning & coordinating

• Structured approach to work with assignments and solving working issues

• Good analytical skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Presentation

• Management

• Excellent English skills
