- Receive & check payment documents from related departments on BPM to ensure that payment to be released is accurate, reasonable, legal, to ensure that the transaction is really happened & the purchase is according to the approved purchase request. - Daily recheck with the bank and update the transaction that the bank already made into ERP software - At the end of the month, check the bank balance - Check and deducted debt payables to suppliers - Save all payment documents and xml invoices - Accrue & revert goods in transit monthly - Accrue & revert interest of bank loan & term deposit - Accrue periodic expenses such: transportation, electric, spare parts… - Appraise loss and profit because of difference exchange rate for by quarterly - Accept to be transferred, assigned, arranged tasks by manager to be suitable with company business situation - Complete assigned KPI in Month, Quarter and Year - Complete any arising as requirement from Chief Accountant
