New Factory At Diennam-Dien Ngoc Iz Park (100% Us Investment Project) – Production Of Plastic Products And Sheet Metal Boxes

1 Accounting work

- Update changes related to accounting laws and regulations, and notify the companys internal instructions for implementation.

- Prepare, manage, and store accounting books and accounting documents: guide and direct accounting work.

2 Management of income and expenditure

- Manage income and expenditure through banks (receive money, pay through banks)— cash receipts and expenditures management.

- Manage accounts receivable. Debt payment management.

3 Audit-related work

- Sign an audit contract with an audit company, and manage related work. Coordinate with auditing companies and audit staff in audit work.

4 Tax-related work.

- Declare taxes, pay taxes, and refund taxes according to regulations. Monitor and manage taxes to ensure transparency and accuracy.

- Respond to requests for information from competent agencies and organizations. Liaison and external relations with competent agencies and organizations.

5 Financial settlement.

- Prepare and report financial reports by month, quarter, and year.

- Prepare Management Reports, and analyze business situations.

- Prepare cash flow forecast reports. Advise superiors to ensure operating funds for the company.


Stellenanforderung

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Male/Female graduated from University/College in in accounting

- At least 2 years of experience at a FDI manufacturing factory.

- Experienced in export tax refund.

- Experience in making management reports. Ability to collect and analyze data to advise superiors.

- Good English. Equivalent to Toeic 600+

- Eager to learn, good thinking, and attitude.
