Mô tả công việc

Training & Development

  • Analyzing demonstrations and classes to evaluate teachers’ strengths and areas of improvement;
  • Conducting regular demonstration lessons and teaching sessions to stay current with instructional practices and classroom dynamics.
  • Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers;
  • Conducting follow-up assessments to track teachers progress post-training;
  • Setting short-term and long-term goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met;
  • Collaborating with teachers and other team to develop improved lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques;
  • Coordinating workshops, training programs, and events to enhance teaching skills;
  • Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge;
  • Building resource library for teachers;

Policies & regulations

  • Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
  • Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
  • Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
  • Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
  • Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
  • Update and make necessary reports;

Ad hoc tasks

  • Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

Stellenanforderung

Yêu cầu ứng viên
  • Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
  • Have good skills in verbal and non-verbal communication;
  • Strong online teaching skills for adult learners;
  • English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;
  • Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;
  • At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors from renowned universities;
  • At least 05 years experience in teaching and training position/academic operations (daily operations, quality assurance process)
  • Experience teaching adults might be advantageous.
  • Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech-savvy
  • Computer literacy – MS Office; G-suit; CRM, etc
