Jobbeschreibung

  • Assist the Marketing Director with marketing planning, campaigns, event planning & management, email marketing, promotions, newsletters, social media, etc.
  • Assist the Marketing Director with content design for social media applications, website, brochures, flyers and on-campus signage
  • Wordpress website management and updates
  • Attend school events & take pictures for marketing & social media use
  • Professionally represent the school on and off campus
  • Visit external agencies or organizations
  • Contact external vendors and companies for pricing quotes
  • Translate English to Vietnamese and vice versa (speaking & writing)

    • Stellenanforderung

    1. Qualifications

    - Bachelor/ BA, major in Marketing & Communication is a plus

    2. Skills & Knowledge

    - Advanced knowledge in: Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides and/or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    - Knowledge of Wordpress or similar website applications

    - Graphic design and print design knowledge, with program knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Premiere, Canva

    - Good English skills ( Must be able to speak English & Vietnamese)

    - Good communication, design, & organizational skills, teamwork-oriented & tech savvy

    3. Personal attributes:

    - To be honest and trustworthy, cooperative and enthusiastic

    - To have ability to work independently, as well as team work

    4. Experience:

    - Having experience of working in foreign-invested companies

    - Experience of working in education will be a plus
