Manage and develop Anfin user communities such as: Facebook, Zalo, Telegram…
Develop and implement communication activities to increase members of Anfin community
Collect data, segment users in the community and develop content plan for each audience group
Coordinate with Investment team, Freelancer team to produce high quality content
Regularly update about the stock market, investment, business to update and share news for Anfin member community
Respond quickly, accurately and effectively to questions of Anfin team members (including questions about products, features, application errors, stock code identification...)
Build interactive activities with the user community such as events, minigames; create and navigate and live active discussions in the community; ensure the quantity and quality of activities implemented during the year
Learn and receive comments and feedback from users about products and services and periodically report results to the Manager

Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or Marketing Major
Have experience as Brokers/ Investment Analyst in Banking, Securities or Marketing roles who have an interest in financial technology products/ stock investment and passionate about learning about the stock market
Love community development work; interested in Anfin products
Good at communication skills and problem-solving skills
Team work spirit, Integrity, high responsibility for work
Willing to serve internal and external customers conscientiously
Eager to learn, always improve self-efficacy
Positive, self-directed, ability to ensure work in all pressure situation
