Responsibilities:

  • Support seniors by communicating with customers/ partners to collect documents.
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, build trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
  • Other tasks to support company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or undergraduate in Finance or Business, can work fulltime is a plus.
  • Fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
  • Prior professional experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with Vietnamese-speaking clients.

Monthly salary:Negotiation.
Working hours:Full time (40 hours/week) or Part time (at least 20 hours/week) is acceptable.
