Job Description

Work closely with E-commerce manager to assist campaign planning on ecommerce platform.
Work closely with partners to prepare and implement seasonal/ monthly campaigns and initiatives.
Promotion planning & Stock planning monthly/ quarterly to deliver target.
Assist in building and developing strong relationship with E-platforms, E-distributor & internal departments.
Involve in implementing online marketing activities to strengthen Brand awareness and bring traffic to counters.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization.
Customer service: handle complaints, request from customer, support live chat and provide product’s information
Ecommerce operation: listing new products, support campaign planning
Other tasks as directed.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is both high-growth and startup in nature.
Google skill and Microsoft excel skill.
Fluent in English, and good with communication across functions.
