Jobbeschreibung

1. Control compliance and ensure HSE standards following Company and government regulations. 2. Supervise occupational safety and hygiene; Control and prepare reports on occupational accidents at the Company. 3. Training and guidance on labor safety and regulations for new employees. 4. Develop processes, and regulations on HSE work according to ISO 45001 5. Monitor, perform periodic inspections, and store inspection records for equipment with strict safety requirements according to law. 6. Conduct analysis of potential safety risks in activities to propose preventive measures; Draw lessons and warnings from incidents/external sources to remind workers. 7. Manage equipment and fire prevention work at the construction site according to law. 8. Periodically organize training and coordinate rehearsals of fire prevention and fighting plans 9. Develop an annual HSE work plan and implement it according to the approved plan. 10. Inspect and urge the implementation of HSE work throughout the Company. 11. Coordinate with contractors, authorities and relevant parties to find solutions in case of HSE incidents. 12. Arrange compiling profiles, periodic reports for regulatory agencies in the field of HSE: Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Environmental Reports, Health Reports, Occupational Accidents, Strict Equipment... 13. Monitor waste disposal, wastewater, hazardous waste handling... Authority: - Propose to the Board of Directors to issue orders to suspend work or make decisions on temporary suspension of work when risks of occupational accidents, environmental pollution, threats to security, and fire hazards are detected.- Recommend suspending the operation of machines, equipment that are not guaranteed to be safe, or have expired. - Participate in opinions on commendation and reward; propose commendation, handle discipline for teams, individuals in the work of Safety, Security, Health and Environment and fire prevention.

Stellenanforderung

- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above - Able to use English (Communication, Reporting) - Have from 3 to 5 years of experience in HSE positions in manufacturing companies. - Have deep knowledge of HSE, 5S, ISO 45001, ISO 14001

Job Nutzen
