Job Description

The Industrial Engineering (IE) Department manages factory capacity strategy and layout planning, equipment purchase and inventory management, and drives efficiency in productivity and cost to meet customer demand.

We are looking for Industrial Engineering candidates to join our team in Saigon Hi Tech Park, HCMC, Vietnam.

Responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:

• Manage forecast, purchase, delivery and inventory control of factory equipment collaterals
• Plan collaterals space and movement, manage and drive improvements for collateral space utilization
• Plan collaterals budget, partner with related stakeholders to manage decision timing for placing orders to incorporate cost saving opportunities while preserving revenue upside opportunities
• Identify and resolve problems and/or challenges in a cross-functional workflow, drive preventive actions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related technical field.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel pivot/VBA, Power BI, ..)
