* QUYỀN HẠN/ AUTHORITIES- Writing and issuing the regulatory documents to serve the goal of ensuring quality at assigned sites.
- Participating in internal audits or unexpected inspections at production units.
- Monitoring units to take corrective and preventive actions for detected issues that affect the quality and safety of the system’s operations.
- Require Units to provide evidence demonstrating the suitability of the processes handled.
- Propose improvements to control processes with the goal of improving product quality to meet customer needs.
- When detecting non-conformity with laws, food regulations or having a serious impact on quality and food safety, notify the competent authority of the relevant unit..
* NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/ MAIN TASK
- Participate in building, implementing and maintaining management systems according to ISO standards (Except ISO17025)
- Coordinate the implementation and integration of other management systems according to international standards for the Company.
- Collaborate with departments and departments heads to work with state agencies and certification body related to system management.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting raw material suppliers.
- Carry out product self-announcements and standard/regulation conformity announcements in accordance with legal requirements.
- Update and implement laws related to food safety in assigned markets.
- Verify corrective and preventive actions and evaluate the effectiveness after corrective and preventive measures against nonconformities in materials/subcontractor services related to food quality, safety and hygiene, sales finished product, finished product.
- Check product packaging information for compliance with legal requirements.
- Verify and evaluate the application and effectiveness of the issued document system.
- Perform reviews of documents related to the assigned quality management system.
- Coordinate with the Sale department to provide information related to the quality management system, food safety and hygiene to customers.
- Some other tasks directly assigned by Management
Stellenanforderung
- Education: Graduated from University majoring in Food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, quality management - Have basic knowledge of domestic and international regulations for the food industry. - Reading and understanding English at a good level in communication (or Chinese language is an advantage.) - Ability to read and understand specialized documents, translate, and respond to emails, and customer questionnaires. - Proficient in using office computers (word, excel, powerpoint), InternetCó kiến thức về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế như: ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025, BRC, ORGANIC, KOSHER, HALAL, IFS… - Able to present. - Ability to write documents. - Ability to negotiate and persuade. - At least 01 year of experience in a similar position.Job Nutzen
