- Admin work (Stationary booking, car booking, ....)
- Check the debit and issue the invoice.
- Payment accounting: prepare documents and make payment orders (domestic and international), make cash payments or bank transfer, and transact with banks when arising.
perform timekeeping.
- Organize papers, contracts, and documents.
- Enter data into Elsa Logistic Software.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Manager.

Stellenanforderung

- Gender: Female
- Graduated from a college or university majoring in finance and accounting
- Proficient in Word, Excel, etc.
- Language: English reading comprehension and basic communication.
- Requires experience of 3 years or more.
