I. SUMMARY:

The Legal Executive shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on basic legal matters and legal documents. Legal Executive shall also ensure the compliance of Company operation to the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review, and deliver legal advice on the variety of Vietnamese/English legal documents, agreements to ensure the legality of such documents.
  • Legal research on various industries in which the Company engages.
  • Draft and prepare any necessary documents to proceed with any required procedures at state authorities.
  • Liaise with relevant state authorities to obtain required licences, permits, and other documents for the Company’s business.
  • Support other members of the Legal Department and participate in resolving disputes and litigation cases, including legal settlement of all claims and benefits related disputes, legal proceedings at the court, complaints, as required;
  • Monitor and update laws and regulations relating to company’s activities;
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department;
  • Consult with internal stakeholders on permits, approvals, regulatory matters, and corporate complianceto ensure any activity follows the internal process, policies;
  • Administer and maintain the database of legal dossiers
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Background

  • Law university graduate;
  • Having knowledge in general laws and regulations;
  • Good knowledge of the internet, online services, and IP laws is an advantage;
  • Efficient in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
