Jobbeschreibung

- Collect loan applications and documents from clients.

- Review and process clients loans and submit them to lenders for approval.

- Constantly follow up with clients and lenders about the status of the loan, making sure the loan is closed property and on time.

- Identify any potential issues with the loan application and address them in a timely manner.

- IMPORTANT: company is US-based and clients are all in the US. Therefore, this job requires working NIGHT SHIFT (10pm to 6am).

- University graduated with a degree related to English, Economics or Finance

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills

- Have a basic understanding of finance is preferred

- Have basic Microsoft Words and Excel skills

- Able to work night shift

- Can work under a challenging and high pressure environment
