DYM Medical Center Viet Nam is one of the best companies providing the medical package with Japanese standards, where customer pleasant was our mission, not .only to take care of your health but also your feeling.

Currently, DYM has located in 5 countries (Japan – Tokyo, American – New York, Thailand – Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Vietnam). DYM Medical Center Vietnam in Ha Noi is the second branch in Vietnam.

• Office address: 86 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi

• Working time: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday – Saturday, 44h/ week

Main tasks:

• Answer customer questions via the hotline number

• Contact the customer, answer information about service packages

• Negotiate with customers, consult medical package terms

• Combination with the medical dept to arrange a booking schedule

• Others by a team leader/ manager

Stellenanforderung

• 1 year of experience in at least (as position: Sales/ Customer Service/Counselor…)/ B2B is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills, time management

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new assignments.

• Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.

• Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility.
