Jobbeschreibung

- Input data into the system;

- Check and acknowledge AR & AP progress;

- Keep track, and check to ensure the accuracy of invoices to customers;

- Settle the payment to suppliers, retailers, and payroll on time;

- Keep track of overdue debt and company account;

- Make related tax reports (VAT, PIT...);

- Make financial reports (monthly and quarterly);

- Keep close contact with the tax office and bank officemate;

- Ensure all accounting activities are in terms of current law.

Stellenanforderung

- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years of experience;

- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus;

- Ability to comfortably work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
