Role Purpose

To deliver outstanding customer service and experiences through everyday interactions that will exceed ourcustomer expectations and deliver the Territory revenue objectives. As a pivotal member of the Business

Development Team, you will work with your colleagues to champion the success of client accounts within yourassigned Territory. You will be the face of Unios and act as the principal point of contact for Project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Vision and Strategy: In conjunction with the Head of Business Development/Team Leader devise and implement relevant individual sales strategies.

Market and Sell Products and Services: Generate new business with existing and new customers

Arrange and attend regular business meetings with new and existing customers

Actively manage the sales pipeline & regularly report to the Head of Business Development/Team Leader

Build closer relationships with relevant industry players for market intelligence

Manage call cycle to optimise productivity; Maximise time spent on core responsibilities, Selling, business Development and Training

Identify and attend networking and/or conference events; develop specific prospecting plan and execute accordingly

Follow business selling process to develop frontline capability

Manage Information Technology : Record Sales activities in and maintain CRM

Master the use of data as a planning and implementation tool

Assist Account Executive manage Commercial Partner sales pipeline

Manage External Relationships: Identify and develop relationships with key prospects and decision makers of new and existing customers

Internal Relationships: Work with other Department Team Members to enable the successful operation of the business
