JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities;

Manage the assigned client list or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives;

Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions accordingly;

Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales support staff, document staffs;

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Business/Chemistry/Agrochem/ Agriculture or related field;

Strong desire to learn along with professional drive;

Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm about contributing to the success of the department;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Excellent customer service skills;

Ability to solve problems quickly;

Attention to detail;

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects;

Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database programs;

Good command of English language;
