Jobbeschreibung

Mô tả công việc

1. Project tracking (progress, negotiations, customer care including complaints); Prepare contract quotes based on department/customer requirements.
2. Contact customers to discuss VMEC maintenance services via phone, mail, email... to achieve business goals.
3. Monitor bad debt and coordinate with relevant departments to promote debt collection.
4. Perform data entry tasks on CRM and ERP systems.
5. Update customer information into the system.
6. Interact with other departments to ensure 24/7 service through communication channels such as. phone/Zalo for responsible projects to maintain the best service for customers.
7. Coordinate with other business groups to implement promotions and customer care.
8. Make daily reports.
9. Accept transfer to another department when requested.
10. Perform other administrative tasks.

Stellenanforderung

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education: Bachelors Degree or above.
2. Have 1-year experience or above.
3. Basic English.
4. Good at MS Office.
5. Soft skills: Hard working, honest, careful.
