Mô tả công việc

- Setting up standard operation procedure for VIP customers

- Cooperating with customer service department to offer good service and maximize customers’ satisfaction.

- Report special case/troubles and solving result to manager.

- Providing quotation and services to customer

- Preparing daily /weekly report of Sales & Marketing dept

- Complete company’s KPI.

Stellenanforderung

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Graduated from university with a relevant major.

- Language: English and Chinese (both required).

- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in sales/shipping lines will be a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships.

- Good command of spoken and written English

- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
