Client Value
- Engaging in client conversations to understand and uncover needs and influence decision making
- Anticipating and ensuring all needs are fully met by offering clients product and service solutions to grow
- Processing the notification, conducting subsequent advice, collection and settlement.
- Providing claims statistics support for pre-renewal meetings, placing and renewal negotiations
- Staying up to date on client information, including client’s internal structure and changes affecting Aon work
- Providing timely response to requests while independently delivering outstanding work product
- Hot line service and be advisable 24/7
Operational Excellence
- Ensuring good collaboration with Broking Team and Account Management Team
- Ensuring Claim process time to be achieved
- Data record & filling
Requirements
- Fresh graduates
- Fluent English communication and writing
- Good IT skills and administrative management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
