Jobbeschreibung

  • Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling all accounting entries;
  • Ensuring accuracy, effectiveness and timely manner in all accounting entries in compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standard and Regulations;
  • Reconciling account balances and bank statements;
  • Maintaining general ledgers, payables, Construction in progress and Fixed assets;
  • Preparing month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing to meet the Schedule’s Requirement;
  • Producing error-free accounting reports, financial statements in accordance with VAS; Monthly and Yearly Tax Declaration/Finalization as well as the Statistic Reports;
  • Working with external auditors, internal auditors, tax inspectors for explanation accounting information;
  • Planning, assigning, managing and reviewing junior accountants’ work including keep track daily accounting transactions and maintain accounting documents;
  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures to strengthen internal controls;
  • Assisting, supporting and providing any information relating to accounting information or requirements to IT Team in case SAP system has error or stop working or develop to new version if applicable;
  • Interfacing with management in various departments, including project, commercial, etc.;
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Stellenanforderung

* EDUCATION BACKGROUND;

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

* WORKING EXPERIENCE;

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting in Construction / Project / Petrochemicals business
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements, tax reports.

* COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;

  • In-depth Understanding accounting principles, tax legislation and financial reports;
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages like SAP B1, SAP ERP or accounting in foreign currency;
  • Able to interact on a professional manner at all times;
  • High English proficiency (Speaking/Listening/Reading/Writing);
  • Proficient in the use of necessary program or software.
