Jobbeschreibung

- Building up and maintain the Human Resource management system, report directly to top management.

- Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.

- Establishing company’s salary structure, acknowlegde about production capacity for factory and manage performance review system

- Work with customers of brands (Adidas, Nike, ETC.) when customers come to audit the factory

- Performance & Reward programs, Recruitment, Employment cost & budget control.

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies

- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.

Stellenanforderung

- At least 3 experience years in HR Manager position in manufacturing Garment or Sportswear industry

- Must have at least 3 experience years working for factories which have brand audits

- Strong knowledge of Corporate policies, focusing on HR policies.

- Proficiency in English.

- Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.

- Need to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & CSR

- Leadership ability to motivate the team-mates and a team player.

- Inter-personal communication skills.

- Well-organized and detail-oriented.

- Responsible to lead and manage all HR & CSR responsibilities of the factory
