Employee-In-Training (EIT) Program is one of our long-term strategies for people development. Our mission is to discover and build up future leaders through a resourceful and exciting training roadmap, where talents are guided to thrive on the business challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of working experience
– Bachelor Degree with GPA > 7.0/10 is preferable
– Fluency in English written and spoken
– Microsoft Office proficiency

MAJOR PREFERRED:

1. EIT – Manufacturing Engineer: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering.
2. EIT – Industrial Engineer: Industrial System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.
3. EIT – Quality Engineer: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
4. EIT – Automation Engineer: Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
5. EIT – Test Engineer:Electronics or Electrical Engineering; Mechatronics; Automation Engineering; Electronics & Telecommunication.
6. EIT – Project Engineer: Engineering or relevant.
7. EIT – Manufacturing: Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Industrial System Engineering.
8. EIT – Planner: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management.
9. EIT – Buyer: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, International Economics.
10. EIT – Inventory Analyst: Economics, Logistics or relevant.
11. EIT – HR Generalist (Communication, L&D): Economics or relevant.
12. EIT – Finance: Economics or relevant.

13. EIT – IT: IT or relevant.
